Brief Description:
Municipal Development Program Phase IV represents the most recent phase of the national municipal development framework implemented by MDLF. The program continues the performance-based municipal financing model while expanding investments in infrastructure development and climate resilience initiatives. Municipalities receive support to implement projects such as road rehabilitation, drainage improvements, public facility development, and renewable energy solutions. The program also provides technical assistance aimed at strengthening municipal governance and improving institutional performance.
