Brief Description:
The Local Development Program supported national efforts aimed at reducing fragmentation among Palestinian local government units. The program encouraged voluntary municipal cooperation and strengthened joint planning for infrastructure development and service delivery. Through technical assistance and collaborative initiatives, municipalities improved coordination and development planning. These interventions strengthened institutional cooperation at the local level.
